Only one account per CPF is allowed. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different CPFs — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being blocked and any pending balances and bonuses being cancelled.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials (email and password) confidential. Any activity carried out from your account is your responsibility. If you experience unauthorized access, notify 96bet support immediately.
96bet follows identity verification procedures (Know Your Customer — KYC) to ensure transaction security and prevent fraud. Verification may be requested at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals. Documents that may be required include: a valid national ID (RG), driver's license (CNH) or passport, proof of address, and, where applicable, proof of ownership of the payment account used.
Failure to submit the requested documents within the indicated timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension until the verification process is complete.
To use the 96bet platform, users must meet the following requirements:
96bet may request age verification at any time. Access to the platform by minors is strictly prohibited. Any account found to have been created by a person under 18 will be closed immediately, and funds will be returned in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure, following identity verification.

Bets placed on 96bet are subject to the following general rules:
A bet is considered confirmed only after it is accepted by the 96bet system and a receipt with a unique identification number is issued. Bets pending confirmation do not entitle the user to winnings. 96bet reserves the right to refuse or cancel bets that show odds errors, technical issues, or signs of abusive betting behavior.
Live bets are accepted while sporting events are in progress, subject to market availability and real-time odds. There is an odds freeze period immediately before key moments (goals, penalties, round changes in MMA, etc.). Bets placed during this period may be cancelled and the amount returned to the account balance.
Bet results are settled based on information provided by the official governing body or organization responsible for the event. In the event of a discrepancy between sources, 96bet will use the primary official source for that sport as the reference. In sports such as football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores), results are settled based on regular time, unless otherwise stated in the specific market.
If an event is cancelled before it starts, all bets are cancelled and the amounts returned to the account balance. If an event is interrupted during play and not resumed within 24 hours, 96bet will cancel pending bets and return the amounts. Results already determined before the interruption may be settled normally, in accordance with each sport's policy.
Parlay bets combine two or more events into a single wager. All selections must win for the parlay to be settled as a winner. The minimum stake for parlays is R$ 5.00, and you can combine up to 20 selections. Events that are dependent on each other cannot be combined in the same parlay.
All financial transactions on 96bet are conducted in Brazilian reais (BRL). The platform does not operate in foreign currencies and does not perform currency conversion.
Deposit methods available to Brazilian users include: Pix, boleto bancário, credit card, debit card, PicPay, Mercado Pago, and TED bank transfer (including Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, and Banco do Brasil). The minimum deposit is R$ 20.00. Pix deposits are credited instantly. Boleto deposits may take up to 2 business days to clear.
The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 50.00. Withdrawals are processed preferably via Pix, within up to 10 minutes of approval. 96bet charges no withdrawal fee. Withdrawals through other methods may take longer, as indicated at the time of the request.
Before your first withdrawal, identity verification (KYC) must be completed. Withdrawals are always sent to the same method and account holder used for the deposit — withdrawing to a third party's account or a different method than the one used for the most recent deposit is not permitted, for security and anti-money laundering reasons.
Your 96bet account balance consists of real balance (funds deposited by the user and betting winnings) and bonus balance (promotional credits). Only the real balance can be withdrawn directly. The bonus balance is subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 6. 96bet keeps customer funds segregated from the company's operational funds.
96bet offers bonuses and promotions on a regular basis. All offers are subject to specific terms published alongside each promotion. The general rules that apply to all bonuses are:
96bet reserves the right to cancel bonuses and promotions for users who display abusive behavior, including creating multiple accounts to gain advantages, placing hedged (locked) bets across different accounts, or using any strategy that demonstrates irregular exploitation of promotions without genuine exposure to betting risk.
Rollover progress: you can track the wagering requirement progress for each active bonus in real time under the "My Bonuses" section of your 96bet account, accessible from your mobile or desktop.
The 96bet casino section includes slots, table games (roulette, blackjack, baccarat, poker), Live Casino with real dealers, and crash games. All games available on the platform are provided by studios certified by independent regulatory bodies and have externally audited RTP (Return to Player) rates.
Live casino games are streamed in real time from studios equipped with cameras and professional dealers. Stream quality depends on the user's internet connection. Connection drops during a live game round do not make 96bet liable for partial results.
Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG). 96bet does not manipulate and cannot alter the results of any game. The RTP for each game is available on that game's information page.
Bets placed on casino games using bonus balance may contribute different percentages toward the rollover depending on the game type: slots generally contribute 100%, while table games and Live Casino contribute lower percentages, as detailed in each promotion's terms.
The user is responsible for: keeping their login credentials secure; ensuring all registration information is accurate and up to date; using the platform exclusively for legitimate entertainment purposes; not attempting to manipulate or defraud the betting or payment system; and complying with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction.
96bet is committed to: keeping the platform available and fully functional with maximum uptime; processing deposits and withdrawals within the stated timeframes; providing accurate odds and markets; protecting user data in accordance with the LGPD; and offering support in Portuguese 24 hours a day.
96bet is not liable for: losses resulting from bets placed by the user; service interruptions caused by third-party failures (internet providers, banks, payment processors); data losses caused by the user's own compromise of their credentials; or investment decisions based on information from the platform.
Users may request account closure at any time by contacting 96bet support. Upon closure, any real balance available will be returned via Pix after the final verification process is completed. Unused bonus credits are automatically cancelled upon account closure.
96bet may close or suspend an account in the following cases, among others:
In cases of account closure due to a Terms violation, 96bet may hold the account balance pending the outcome of an internal investigation. If the breach is confirmed, the balance may be partially or fully forfeited depending on the severity of the violation.
96bet processes users' personal data in compliance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD – Lei nº 13.709/2018). The data collected is used exclusively to: create and manage the user's account; process financial transactions; verify identity (KYC); provide customer support; and fulfill legal and regulatory obligations.
96bet does not sell, transfer, or share users' personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. Data is only shared when necessary for service delivery (such as payment processors) or as required by law.

If you do not agree with the changes, you must close your account before the new conditions take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes automatic acceptance of the updated Terms. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes arising from the use of the 96bet platform shall be submitted to the courts of the district of São Paulo, state of São Paulo, to the exclusion of any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.
